BACKORDERS are noted on the packing slip and bag as B/O and an ETA is noted if known.  Any inquiry regarding backorders or order questions can ONLY be accepted via email to companystore@brandability.com.  NO PHONE calls for order issues.  All must be in writing to ensure a timely response.

​​​​​​​Please refer to the auto-generated email order acknowledgment you received for confirmation and general order processing information.  Orders are packaged and shipped per person to the address provided on each order.  Ordering processing time is 10-12 days after the cut-off date and can vary based on corporate approval.  Orders are processed as received.  You will be contacted there is any issue with your order.
